I have tried to open the zip file on my computer and a screen that says
"File Conversion" pops up. It is all gibberish. I tried downloading
again and there is now a sign on the website that says I have downloaded 5
times and it will not do it again. I have not downloaded that many times
and I still don't have my magazine. Thank you for anything you can do to
help me receive this product.
